... Read Morehat some will last but a day, others a couple of weeks. Be sure to use a sharp knife or pair of scissors. Put the flowers immediately in water. I have even carried a vase around with me in the yard filled with water.
When selecting flowers you can mix color and texture to create an interesting arrangement. Add some large leaves from plants such as hosta or add fern for extra greenery. Place the flowers in cool water and keep them out of the sun as they will last longer.
