1. Pick flowers just before they peak. This is usually a few hours after the blooms open. Pick in the early morning if possible. Get the flowers out of the sun and remove the leaves from the stems.
2.Create a hanger to hand bunches of flowers together. 3-4 stem
s is ideal. Use string or unflavored floss to secure the flowers upside down to the hanger. You want to hang the flowers in a dry and dark spot. An unused closet is a great spot as long as it is not humid.
3. After a few weeks remove the flowers from the hanger. You can use them around the house in potpourri or in vases. Remember to keep the flowers away from sunshine and extreme heat. This is really that easy.
